Girls explore their core values, identify strengths, develop growth mindset, and learn to recognize their inner voice.
Emotional Intelligence & Nervous System Safety
Participants master naming emotions, regulation techniques, and understanding their unique triggers.
Self-Compassion & the Inner Critic
Girls develop awareness of negative self-talk, practice self-kindness, and learn to reframe failure as growth.
Boundaries & Responsibility
Participants practice saying no, maintaining integrity, and taking ownership of their choices. We also teach the girls about how to create a vision for their lives by creating vision boards.
Identity, Love & Leadership Presence
Girls explore their roles, differentiate between belonging and fitting in, and navigate peer pressure. We also talk about love and boundaries and we make friendship bracelets, notes of Love to give away, decorate sweet cookies to show our love to our family and friends.
Conscious Decision-Making
Participants learn about values-based decision making, trust their intuition, and learn to own mistakes and know that we can learn from all of our choices.
Capstone
Girls create a Personal Leadership Charter, reflect on their journey, and celebrate their growth. Our participants also attend Business Fairs (specifically for young entrepreneurs) where they sell hand-made jewelry, candles, stickers and journals, etc.
